SOZAIJITEN is a collection of royalty-free image data. It is a hybrid CD-ROM that can be used for both Macintosh and Windows. A special browser helps you easily find the materials you need. Two resolution levels are available for a wide range of uses, including printed matter and multimedia.

This product can only be used by "registered users", regardless of being individuals or corporations. Conduct subject to prohibited matters, however, is forbidden. We possess the copyright and licensing rights of the image data included in this product and all the contents of the programs that we developed. For further detail, please read "SOZAIJITEN User License Agreement" in this package.

How to Use Browser for Macintosh
[Starting up]
Insert the SOZAIJITEN CD into the CD-ROM drive.
Double click the "SJ Browser" icon.
* Set your display to 256 colors or more before starting up.
* If you change the display setting while using the browser, it may cause disturbance on the screen.
* QuickTime 2.5 or later is required.
[Operation]
ÑScroll
Click the scroll button to scroll one or three lines at a time.
You can jump to a targeted destination using the scroll bar.
ÑSelection of materials
A red frame appears around the material clicked. This means that the material has been selected.
Keyboard
Arrow ... moves the frame or scrolls
Esc ... deletes the frame
ÑKEEP
Up to four materials can be displayed and compared.
You can drag selected materials and drop them on "KEEP."
To return materials to their original positions, drag them from "KEEP" and drop them outside "KEEP."
If you drop a new material on top of another material on the "KEEP," the old material will return to its original position.
ÑMagnification
Materials can be magnified to 280 x 210 pixels.
Double click a material, and the magnification window opens.
The window can be dragged and moved to a random position. Click the close box to close the window.
* If you click another material when the magnification window is open, that material will be magnified.
Keyboard
return, enter ... opens the magnification window
esc, W ... closes the magnification window
ÑZOOM
Materials can be magnified to 640 x 480 pixels.
Select a material and click the "Zoom" button. The screen changes and shows the magnified material.
Click the "Clipboard" button to copy the image to the clipboard.
Click the "Return" button to return to the original screen.
* Materials on the magnification window can also be magnified by double clicking them.
* If your display is set to 32,000 colors or more, images may not by copied to the clipboard.
Keyboard
Z ... shows magnified image
return, enter ... returns to original screen
C ... copies magnified image to clipboard
ÑHIGH (for high-resolution files)
Finding files
Select a material and click the "Finder" button to find a high-resolution file from the CD-ROM and show it on the Finder window.
Starting Photoshop
Select a material and click the "Photoshop" button to start Photoshop and open a high-resolution file.
ÑLOW (for low-resolution files)
Finding files
Select a material and click the "Finder" button to find a low-resolution file from the CD-ROM and show it on the Finder window.
Starting Photoshop
Select a material and click the "Photoshop" button to start Photoshop and open a low-resolution file.
Switching to Finder
When a material is selected, if you click the background or other places other than the material, the selection will be canceled. By clicking the "Finder" button when no material is selected, the running application will be switched to the Finder.
